Hai everyone , today i did a new snacks to my budu This snacks will attract the children.
Ingredients:
Mydha(atta):1/4cup
Rice Flour:1/4cup
Cabbage:1cup(chopped)
Carrot:1cup(chopped)
Beans:1cup(chopped)
Ginger:1table spoon
Garlic:1table spoon
Black peper powder&salt to tast
Water :1cup
To prepare:
Mix the mydha(atta)&rice flour with water and make it into small rolls and keep a side for few munits. Cook the vegitables in steam(half boiled) Add peper&salt to the vegitables. Make the rolls like chapathi and keep the cooked vegitables in of the chapathi and join the ends of chpathi[close it in the shape of a boll] and deepfry them. Or if we want cook them in new LG microwave oven also they will be like as veg-puffes. Over Ready to serve with sauces.
